Listening to Kaylor, I soon realized he’s a guy with a plan. He’s just bought a new “first” car and is already plotting how to pay it off sooner than later so he can sell and upgrade. Because he wants a college degree, he’s strongly contemplating the Marines, knowing it will provide him a clear path toward higher education. Not only is he a registered voter, he’s studying the issues and the candidates far more thoroughly than is typical, and will proudly exercise his right to vote next month.
